It all starts with music.
Music, especially jazz, gives me freedom.
In theatre, I like to combine music and acting.
I play the piano since the tender age of six (I’ve attached a picture as a proof). I’ve studied jazz and classical piano full time for a year in Prague at Konzervatoř Jaroslava Ježka with Karel Růžička and Zdeněk Páleníček and continued to take classes at Swiss Jazz School in Bern and with Max Neissendorfer in Munich at Neue Jazzschule München e.V.
I also love playing the Hammond Organ. In another life, I would like to be the organ player of Janis Joplin’s band.
My band is called The Guerilla Bops. My partner in crime is Hubl Greiner. If you want to put a tag on our style, here you go: Broken Bepob! Jazzpunk! Dadarock!
Now, that’s a lot of exclamation marks.
Our new album is called CIRCUS. Because life’s a circus.
Our songs are in German, Czech, English and gibberish.
